Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for customized orders under any circumstances, including delays in delivery. If an order is not claimed within 30 days of completion, the advance payment will be forfeited.
Requests for fixing or adjustments to customized orders can only be made within one week of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accommodate any changes or fixes.
Please ensure that all details for customized orders are provided accurately to avoid any issues.
Delivery
your orders will be shipped in 30 to 45 working days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-3 business days of its ship date.
