Return or Exchange Eligibility: Return or exchange is applicable solely to basics and ready-to-wear items and is not available for customized items. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or carry any perfume scent will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Store Credit: Customers will receive store credit equivalent to the price of the returned item, excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping fees paid. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Alteration Services: Alteration services are not available for ready-to-wear items.
