Product Condition

The product's condition that your store accepts for a return:
Only new products. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or carry any perfume scent will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Return Window

The amount of time a customer has to return a product:
Within 3 days of receiving the order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are applicable solely to basics and ready-to-wear items and are not available for customized items. Requests for returns should be communicated via email to info@wa-dubai.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Unavailability of Fabric

In the event of fabric unavailability, customers will be presented with alternatives or the option to choose another design.

Store Credit

Customers will receive store credit equivalent to the price of the returned item, excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping fees paid. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Alteration Services

Alteration services are not available for ready-to-wear items.
